Content project - Project settings (e-mail templates)

In the project settings for the content project, you can optionally define your own e-mail template for informing directory subscribers.

Click on the"Project settings" button to open a new window with the settings for the content project. The template for the subscription can be defined in the "Email templates" tab.

'Create e-mail templates':

By clicking on this button, you can optionally create an individual e-mail template for the project for notifying directory subscribers.
This button only appears if there is no individual template yet.

'Edit e-mail templates':

Click on this button to open the editing of the e-mail template in a new window where you can define the e-mail header and content in the source text editor. Make sure that the email has an RFC-compliant structure.
This template is inherited from the main directory to all subdirectories, but can be overwritten per directory.
This button is only visible if there is an individual template.

'Delete e-mail templates':

By clicking on this button, you can delete an individual e-mail template. After deletion, the system template is used again.
This button only appears if there is an individual template.
