The SEO view in Weblication® shows you at a glance where you can make improvements in content pages to achieve a better ranking in Google™ and other search engines.
You can access the screen for viewing the SEO data via the "SEO" tab in the top bar. If you click on the "SEO" tab again, the metadata mask closes again and displays the page editor view in the"Draft" tab.
This field displays a preview of how the page is likely to be listed in search engines on the search results list.
Metadata:
'Title':
The title defined for the page is displayed in this field.
Adjustments to the title text can also be made directly in this field.
If the title exceeds the optimal length for search services, a corresponding message is displayed in red below the field.
e.g: The title will probably be truncated in the search engines!
'Description':
The description defined for the page is displayed in this field.
Adjustments to the description text can also be made directly in this field.
If the description falls below the optimum length for search services, a corresponding message is displayed below the field.
e.g: Enter a longer description to make it more meaningful for search engines.
'Keywords':
The keywords defined for the page are displayed in this field.
Adjustments to the text of the keywords can also be made directly in this field.
If a keyword has no occurrences, it is displayed in red.
'Occurrence of keywords within the page':
This field shows how often each keyword occurs in the following areas:
The number of occurrences of a keyword is displayed graphically with a bar and again in text form directly below each keyword to indicate whether the number of occurrences of a keyword is considered sufficient or too rare.
The last line for each keyword is how often it was otherwise used as a keyword in the project. Clicking on this linked text opens the SEO data report (can also be released for editors via the user administration ).
Among the tools, administrators can display an SEO data report on the entire content project.
