Content templates - structural elements

Within the global project management, you can manage and edit the central structural elements under"Content templates". These master template elements are read in via the master template and made available within a project depending on the settings.

Click on the"Structural elements" button to open the list of master template elements in a new tab on the right-hand side.

Operation

All XML elements of the structural elements of a project are stored in the items directory. You can open, display, copy, etc. these master template elements for editing using the usual file functions.

When editing a structure element , you can define the content with which a master template element is to be provided for insertion into a page. This is done directly in the source code, which will not be discussed further here. The general rules for XSL apply (see e.g. SELFHTML article "Rules for XML files").
