CSS-only variants

With BASE 2.x, Weblication^® CMS already provides you with a large number of ready-made layout variants for many Weblics^®, the CSS-only variants.

These layout variants are based purely on CSS. This means that your own designs can usually be implemented in the templates without any adjustments. We will be happy to create unavailable variants for you on request as generic templates if they make sense for the standard.

You can already access a rapidly growing number of ready-made layout variants and create your own CSS layout variants based on them.
With layout variants, your templates also remain updateable, as future adjustments can also be made exclusively in CSS.

You can obtain an overview of all available CSS-only variants via the layout wizard (Weblication^® Panel - Customize layout). All Weblics^® for which there are CSS-only variants are listed here.

For already installed Weblics^® and integrated structural elements, you can - if available - adapt the CSS-only variant used directly or install a new variant.
