Report - SEO data

Under the analysis tools, you can display an SEO data report for the project. This provides an overview of which files are set as searchable (for search services, search engines, robots, etc.). You also receive an overview of important SEO data for a file (title, description, keywords).

Click on the "SEO data report" button to open the report in a new window.

Operation

The files and directories for a project are displayed in a structured manner in the content window.

In the header of the SEO data report, the keywords used in the project files are displayed as a filter selection. Clicking on a keyword button filters the file list below and only shows the files that have the selected keyword set in the metadata.

The "Searchable" column shows whether a file is searchable (activated checkbox) or not. The column next to it shows the stored title, description and keywords for the file.

'CSV':

By clicking on this button, the report is offered for download to the local computer.

'Print view':

By clicking on this button, the report is opened for print preview and can be conveniently printed out.

'Close':

Closes the current window.
