Working with Weblication®
After successfully logging in to Weblication® CMS, you will receive the functions and options activated for you depending on the user type and licensed modules.
The distinction between the user types of Weblication® CMS users is described in detail on the page "Weblication® user types". These are briefly outlined below as an introduction.
Administrators and maintenance users
As an administrator or maintenance user, the most important functions are available to you in the front end via the Browse & Edit mode in the Weblication® panel. It is now rarely necessary for an administrator to call up the Weblication® backend.
Public users
A public user has very limited options in this respect, which relate, for example, to viewing personalized pages, editing own files (limited to wd:object data) of certain applications, etc.
Please note
- The latest version of the BASE project basis covers the most important functions and options and is therefore recommended as a basis.
- Our Weblics portal gives you access to many ready-made applications, the so-called Weblics®. This means that you do not need to do any complex programming yourself for many functions.
