In Weblication® CMS you can analyze the visitor flow. This makes it possible to see which pages visitors use to reach which pages. It is therefore possible to analyze both the flow to and from a specific page.
The function is available from CORE Business (or with the additional module Statistics / Monitoring) in conjunction with Weblic® "BASE extended statistics, analyzable from version 16".
The analysis can be called up in the site info. In the analysis, you can navigate within the pages by clicking on the relevant page and using a forward/backward function.
The diagram shows from which pages users navigate to which pages. The totals are not always the same because pages are used both to enter and exit the site. Often a page is only called up individually without clicking on others afterwards. In addition, a visitor flow can be disturbed by several open windows.
In the flow analysis, only those calls are displayed where a flow is recognized.
In the statistics, all calls are displayed. As a result, these are usually higher.
Causes are e.g. direct calls, calls without assignable sessions, calls in new windows or tabs, etc.
There are various functions at the top, which are described below.
This button can be used to change the direction of the user flow.
The time period for the display can be selected via this selection box.
