Navigation display

The central XSL stylesheets for navigations can be viewed and edited under"Navigations" in the templates / source code area.

Weblication^® navigations use their own XSL stylesheet to transform the XML content (navigation points) in the navigation file into XHTML and output it.

Click on the"Navigations" button to open the directory of navigation templates in a new tab on the right-hand side.

All XSL stylesheets of a project for different navigation displays are stored in the navigation directory. You can open, display, copy, etc. these for editing using the usual file functions.

By editing an XSLT template , you can define the corresponding templates, which contain the transformation instructions and the resulting XHTML code. This is done directly in the source code, which will not be discussed further here. The general rules for XSL apply (see e.g. SELFHTML article "XML / Representation of XML data").
