Directory settings - Subscription

You can use the 'Subscription' tab to inform a defined group of users about new content for the directory.
If this setting is activated, the buttons required to use the subscription function for the directory are available in the directory view.

'The directory can be subscribed to':

If this parameter is activated, it is possible to notify subscribers for this directory.
Further buttons are displayed on the screen, which are described below.

'Edit subscribers':

Clicking on this button opens the mask for editing subscribers.
This button is only visible if a subscription has been activated for the directory.

'Create email template':

By clicking on this button, an individual template is created for this directory based on the system's email template and can be edited using the buttons listed below.
If there is no individual email template, the project's email templates are used.
This button is only visible if a subscription has been activated for the directory.

'Edit e-mail template':

Click on this button to open the editing of the e-mail template in a new window where you can define the e-mail header and content in the source text editor. Pay attention to the RFC-compliant structure of the e-mail.
This button is only visible if you have created your own templates.

'Delete e-mail template':

Click on this button to delete the individual e-mail template, which reverts to the project's e-mail templates.
This button is only visible if you have created your own templates.
