Report - Personalization report
Under the analysis tools, you can display a personalization report for the project. This provides an overview of which view rights are set for files and directories. This allows you to quickly see the view rights for a project at file or directory level and make adjustments quickly and specifically.
Click on the "Personalization" button to open the report in a new window.
Operation
The files and directories for a project are displayed in a structured manner in the content window. If direct or inherited view rights have been assigned, these are displayed for a file in the corresponding column (user, groups).
'Filter':
This field can be used to filter the report list by path. Only paths that match the filter text entered are displayed.
'Only include files with own defined personalization':
If this parameter is activated, only those file paths are listed which have their own personalization defined. File paths that inherit the personalization are hidden.
'Close':
Closes the current window.
