As a logged-in user, you can store tasks and notes for each page. This allows you to keep track of which tasks still need to be completed in the project.
Customers and project managers can also enter outstanding tasks there as maintenance users.
You can call up "Tasks and notes" either via the Weblication® panel (control panel) or in each page in the editor at the top right.
Calling up via the control panel shows all tasks and notes for the entire software installation. Alternatively, you can also call up the tasks within Browse & Edit using the key combination CTRL + M.
In page editing or in the file explorer, the call-up shows the tasks and notes for the relevant file.
The status of the tasks/notes is highlighted in color:
Unless otherwise specified in the system settings, e-mail notifications are also sent to the relevant user(s) for new and changed tasks.
