Structure editor - Online status
The structure editor offers you the option of editing the display or time control of an element within page editing.
Structural element - Online status
Operation
'Online status':
Clicking on the online status icon (one of the icons shown above, depending on the current online status) opens a layer (submenu) with the settings for the online status of the element:
- Online
By clicking on this button, the element is switched online and is thus permanently integrated / published when the page is called up. - Offline
By clicking on this button, the element is switched offline and is therefore not permanently included/published when the page is called up.
Online for editors only
By clicking on this button, the element is only published for editors, which is why this status can also be regarded as a test status.
For page visitors, this status is the same as that of an unpublished element. - Time-controlled online
Clicking on this button opens a layer which can be used to set the time control with from and to date / time. The element is only integrated / published within the valid publication period when the page is called up.
