Editing the campaign links

A text file for campaign links contains all defined campaign links and lists them in a table.

You can edit the campaign links within the 'Draft' tab.

Use these campaign links to track how successfully a page is accessed via different sources.

'Path':

In this field, use the file selection icon to select the path of the file which is to be used for the campaign (e.g. /base/contact).

'Name':

Enter the name of the campaign in this field (e.g. Messe2021).

'Source':

Use this selection field to select the source for the campaign, e.g:

• Standard (empty)
  
• Newsletter
• Facebook
• Linkedin
• Instagram
• QR code

You can define the selection individually via the project configuration ("Analysis" block: Selectable sources for campaign links).

'Show link':

Clicking on this button opens a layer that displays the URL of the campaign link, e.g.:
http://www.domain.dd/base/kontakt?wt_campaign=Messe2021&wt_source=qr

The URL is generated based on the setting from the project configuration with the "Type of campaign links" selected there (e.g. as in the example above for the Weblication^® statistics (wt_campaign)).

Below the field that displays the link, you can perform the following actions using the buttons:

• Copy the campaign link to the clipboard
• Open QR code to save
  

'Copy':

Click on this button to copy the current line.

'Delete':

Click on this button to delete the current line.
The button is not available in the first line, as this may not be deleted.
