Show newsletter (preview)

You can preview the newsletters you have created via the newsletter administration.

Click on the magnifying glass symbol Icon in the functions column to open the corresponding newsletter for viewing in a new window.

Operation

The newsletter view provides you with a preview of the newsletter that is to be sent or has already been sent.

'Sender name':

The name of the sender specified for the newsletter is displayed in this field.

'Sender email':

The email address of the sender specified for the newsletter is displayed in this field.

'Recipient file':

The recipient file (CSV distribution list) specified for the newsletter is displayed in this field.

'Subject

':The subject specified for the newsletter is displayed in this field.

'HTML version':

The HTML version of the newsletter created is displayed in this field.

'Text version':

The text version of the newsletter created is displayed in this field, if it was created.

If the newsletter HTML version cannot be created / displayed, this is usually due to the following reasons: - There is directory protection (e.g. via .htaccess) for the project - The HTML version of the newsletter is generated via a Get request. If this get request is not possible, the HTML version cannot be created either.
