Any number of workflow definitions can be created in the project. You can define the created workflow definitions accordingly via file editing and thus specify the number of approval levels and the approval users. This is done in the Workflow Designer editing screen.
The following functions are available when editing a workflow within a release stage:
'Add approval stage':
By clicking on this button, you can add a further approval stage within the workflow definition. Apart from the first approval level, you can also delete an approval level again using the
trash can icon.
'Add user':
By clicking on this button, you can add a user within a release stage who is to release a workflow.
Possible selection for release type:
- Release applies even if other users in the level have not yet released the workflow
- Release only applies if all users of the level have released
'Inform by e-mail':
If this parameter is activated, the entered user receives an e-mail with information about the workflow release.
'Inform
editor after approval':
If this parameter is activated, the editor who initiated the workflow is informed after final approval.
