Weblic^®: Picture gallery teaser

The image gallery teaser can be used to teaser image galleries. By clicking on the gallery, a page can be called up in which the entire image gallery is displayed. This Weblic^® is useful if there are many image directories that are to be displayed via the same image gallery display. The image directory is teased with the defined number of images and automatically provided with a link to a central image gallery template. This template can be used to define which display type is to be used to integrate the image gallery. Alternatively, you can also store your own URL for an image gallery.

In BASE, the Weblic^® image gallery teaser can be installed via the Weblics^® portal and then inserted at the desired position on a page using the structure editor.

After inserting the structure element of an image gallery teaser element, a convenient screen for the list options is available. You call up the list options via the configuration element symbol .

Depending on the settings of the image gallery teaser element, the CSS-only properties of a Weblic^® variant and the project configuration, you will receive the attributes released for maintenance in the list editing of the image gallery teaser. The default attributes are described in the article on list editing.

The possible uses of the Image Gallery Teaser Weblics^® can vary via the available CSS-only variants. These variants can be adapted and extended as required using CSS or any new variants can be created.

Below you will find an example which shows the standard version 0 of the image gallery teaser (left screenshot). After clicking on "Show image gallery", the detail page of the image gallery appears (right screenshot), which is implemented in the example with the image gallery variant 0 ("Large view with horizontal slide preview").
